Christian Fayek is Head of Projects at bayern design, the international design competence center in Bavaria. As a designer with many years of experience in the fashion and sporting goods industry, he places great value on a holistic view and on the connecting power of design. Christian is particularly interested in the future role of creatives and their contribution to social innovation.
As head of the Bayreuth location marketing department, I have already worked together with numerous regional start-ups as part of my role, promoting their innovative ideas under the campaign "Bayreuth. A stage for ideas." This experience has given me deep insight into the dynamic start-up scene and strengthened my understanding of its needs and challenges.
Jörg Lichtenegger, himself the founder of several companies, is a passionate entrepreneur, networker, and communications professional. Media and brands are his métier. For more than thirty years he has been managing partner of the communications and digital agency GMK GmbH & Co. KG. He actively brings his knowledge and expertise into his daily work with clients. Developing new companies and brands is especially close to his heart, and he's all the more looking forward to many interesting applications.
Yannic Hönle is Co-Founder and CEO of Myriad – Autonomous Gardening. The young company won the coveted Start-up Design Award in 2022 and has since had a stellar founding story. The duo has received numerous prizes and grants in the past and is now a fixture of Bayreuth's start-up scene.
